3  Monkeys Nursery – Business Policy

When you purchase from 3 Monkeys Nursery, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the policies outlined below. We appreciate your support of our farm. This policy exists to provide transparency, set clear expectations, and minimize confusion so we can focus on growing and delivering high-quality plant material.

Legal Disclaimer

All products sold by 3 Monkeys Nursery are agricultural products subject to natural variation. We make no guarantees beyond those expressly stated in this policy. By purchasing, you assume all inherent risks associated with growing live plant material. Liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product only. Under no circumstances shall 3 Monkeys Nursery be liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.

Dahlia Ordering

Dahlia tubers are sold as singles, not clumps. Rooted cuttings are sold and shipped separately due to different handling requirements.

Cancellations

Orders are final. Approved exceptions may incur a 20% restocking fee. Change-of-mind cancellations are not accepted.

Shipping & Risk Transfer

Shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Once an order leaves our property, responsibility transfers to the carrier. Buyers assume all transit-related risks and must file claims directly with the carrier.

Tuber Positivity & Viability

All viable tubers are worthy. Shape, size, or cosmetic differences do not affect growth potential.

Some varieties wake slower than others. Improper handling leading to rot is buyer responsibility.

Issues & Blind Tubers

Issues must be reported via email with documentation within 24–48 hours. Verified blind tubers are handled by us and may require return for confirmation prior to replacement, refund, or credit.

Grower Responsibility

Post-delivery care, soil inputs, pest control, and cultural practices are the buyer’s responsibility. Issues arising from grower conditions are not warrantable.

Conduct & Communication

Professional and respectful communication is required. Public attacks or slander result in forfeiture of resolution and exclusion from future sales.
